2014-11-27: UOS concluded contract with Petrobras

UOS has concluded a contract with Brazil’s oil company Petrobras – one oft he world’s leading Offshore charterers.

The contract comprises a total of 24 years of chartering: Petrobras will take 6 vessels under UOS management for 4 years each. This includes 4 PSV (Platform Supply vessels from World Wide Supply (PSV 3300 E3)) and 2 AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels), the latter owned by Hartmann Offshore.

4 operations started in June/July this year already and the AHTS operations commenced in August this year.

With a managed fleet of 15 vessels, UOS is the commercial manager of one of Germany’s biggest Offshore fleet.

2013-06-14: Changes in UOS fleet

Today we would like to inform you that we have sold our vessel UOS Atlantis to our joint venture partner GO MARINE GROUP Pty Ltd.,as essential part of our long term joint venture strategy. Although we regret the departure of the first vessel from our fleet, we are also pleased to have passed it in good hands.

In this context we would also like to inform you that we will take over commercial management of the first (out of four) World Wide Supply vessels (PSV 3300 E3) already this month. The other will three will follow soon. They all will be chartered on to Petrobras for a long term contract.

2013-05-02: Jann Klopp-Siefken joined our company

On May 2nd, 2013, Jann Klopp-Siefken joined our company as Operator. The UOS Operations Team now consists of Heiko Peters, Lars Klüver and Jann Klopp-Siefken.
