2011-03-29: Changes in Company Organization at UOS

We would like to inform you about the latest changes in our company organization:

As of January 1st, 2011, Capt. Hans-Peter Labouvie and Dr. Niels Hartmann stepped down from their positions as Managing Directors and at the same time, Andre Groeneveld was promoted to Managing Director. The UOS Management now consists of MD Reidar Roed and MD Andre Groeneveld.

At the same time, Chartering Manager Pawel Targosz received proxy and has therefore now individual power of representation.

On January 17th, 2011, Britta Hasenbeck started to work part time as Executive Assistant and on February 1st, 2011, Lars Klüver returned from UCC Hamburg and joined our company as Operator. The UOS Operations Team now consists of Heiko Peters and Lars Klüver.

2010-03-17: Delivery of UOS Endeavour and UOS Explorer

We are proud to announce that since 11th of March UOS Endeavour and since 15th of March 2010 UOS Explorer have been successfully taken over by Hartmann Offshore GmbH & Co. KG.

We, United Offshore Support, are glad to welcome the 05th and 06th unit of the Hartmann AHTS series into our management.

Both vessels are ready to sail by mid March and are still uncommitted.

2010-02-17: Delivery of UOS Discovery

We are happy to annouce that since 16th February 2010 UOS Discovery has been successfully taken over by Hartmann Offshore GmbH & Co. KG.

We, United Offshore Support, are very proud to welcome the 4th unit of the Hartmann AHTS series into our management. We are confident that vessel's capacities and crew's capabilities will underline our commitment to quality, safety and cost effectiveness.
